Terms of Service

1. PARTIES

SELLER:

BUYER: The user who registers on the platform and purchases a subscription.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital service subscriptions ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website aisinav.app or AIsınav mobile application.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Service Name: AIsınav Digital Subscription

Service Type: Digital content and software service (SaaS - Software as a Service)

Service Scope:

• AI-powered question solving with step-by-step explanations
• Exam-specific content tailored to TYT, AYT, LGS, KPSS, YDS and more
• Topic tracking and gap analysis
• Digital study notes creation

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment Methods: Mobile in-app purchase

Payment Processors:

• iOS: Apple In-App Purchase (managed by Apple Inc.)
• Android: Google Play Billing (managed by Google LLC)

Delivery: As this is a digital service, access is provided immediately upon payment confirmation.

5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Billing Period: Monthly or yearly (depending on plan)

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time.

• iOS: Cancel from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or visit Manage Subscriptions.
• Android:Cancel from Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions.

After Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can continue using the service until the end of the period.

iOS-specific: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY

As AIsınav is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 53/ç of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. For App Store / Play Store purchases, refunds are governed by the respective platform policies.

For iOS refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Users must not share their account with others
• Users must not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Users must not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the AIsınav platform are owned by AIsınav and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AIsınav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• By electronically approving this agreement, the BUYER accepts all terms and conditions.
• The SELLER may change the service scope and prices with prior notice.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

12. EFFECTIVE DATE
